About us

सन २०११ मध्ये केंद्र शासनाने ग्रामीण भागातील गरिबी दूर करण्यासाठी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण जीवन्नोनती अभियानाची सुरुवात केली. महाराष्ट्रातही या महत्त्वाकांक्षी अभियानाची अंमलबजावणी होत आहे. माननीय मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली विशेष समिती अभियानाच्या संचालनासाठी स्थापित आहे, ग्रामविकास विभागांतर्गत महाराष्ट्र राज्य ग्रामीण जीवनोन्नती अभियान या स्वतंत्र संस्थेची स्थापना १८६० च्या संस्था नोंदणी अधिनियमांतर्गत करण्यात आली. याच अभियानाला राज्यभर उमेद नावाने ओळख मिळालेली आहे. आज हे अभियान राज्यातील ३४ जिल्ह्यांमध्ये आणि ३५१ तालुक्यांमध्ये राज्यातील सर्व ग्राम पंचायतीमध्ये पूर्ण ताकदीने राबविले जात आहे, ज्यामुळे समुदायांचे जीवनमान उंचावण्यासाठी अथक प्रयत्न केले जात आहेत.
